Briefly describe your primary responsibilities.

I handle all marketing and communications which includes the newsletter, email campaigns, website maintenance and updates, social media, graphic design, outreach, producing the podcast, strategies for the future, analytics, sales and promotions planning, meetings with Dave and Kellie,

What tools and software do you use regularly to complete your work?

Shppify, native social media platforms, zoho suite, canva, youtube, SEMrush

Can you walk us through a typical workday for you?

Each day is different, depending on the deadlines. Every other Monday is focused on the podcast, every other Tuesday is dedicated to BeeMail, but each Tuesday morning I'm focused on analytics. Each day I monitor social media for engagement, meet with Dave, . The past few months have been project-based with updating several webpages and a 32page booklet.

What tasks take up the majority of your time each day?

It varies based on the deadline(s) for that day/week.

Are there any repetitive tasks that you find yourself doing over and over?

The BeeMail is the only consistent thing that I do "over and over" but each issue is different, based on time of year. I'd like to discuss what AMA does with their personalized email for their members to do the same for our customers.

Which tasks do you find the most time-consuming?

Researching potential partners and collaborators

Are there tasks that you feel could be automated or made easier with the right tools?

The biggest opportunity would be automated emails to go to our customers, based on their location, what bee they are managing, and what the weather is like in their area to better care for their bees (believe Dave has spoken with you about this).

What are the biggest challenges you face in your day-to-day work?

Not enough time to explore multiple opportunities for partnering and communications.

Are there specific tasks or processes that often cause delays or frustration?

Graphic design (I'm not a designer)

Do you feel like you have the right tools and resources to do your job effectively?

For the most part, yes. But more monitoring tools would be great (SEMrush, sparktoro)
