Briefly describe your primary responsibilities.

Primary is to reply to clients reaching out to change their order, change the ship dates of their cocoon shipment, or to have questions regarding products or bees answered. Additional activities are to run the retail store in the afternoon. I help in operations with building kits. I am also part time video editor and content creator.

Shopify, Shipstation, Reamaze, Clipchamp, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, google docs

Can you walk us through a typical workday for you?

  1. Check reamaze for order issues that are requesting cancelation, or changing ship date.
  2. Replying via reamaze to the clients with questions and concerns.
  3. Checking Shopify for buyer notes that require replies or actions.
  4. Thursdays-going into Shopify and updating ship dates
  5. Monday Wednesday Friday-use a shared google document to enter Canada cocoon orders into shipstation. Going into shipstation to get orders that need to be shipped by our Canadian partner and entering it into the google sheet then canceling the shipstation order.
  6. As needed use Clipchamp for video editing.
  7. Use google sheet for program order coordination of shipments
  8. Using powerpoint to create presentations
  9. Every 2 weeks editing beemail newsletter

What tasks take up the majority of your time each day?

Depending on the season, Jan to June is client replies and messages. During the low season operations with building kits.

Are there any repetitive tasks that you find yourself doing over and over?

Replies can be repetitive and we have templates that can be used in reamaze. There is also AI reamaze for client replies. Changing the ship dates.

Which tasks do you find the most time-consuming?

Most time consuming is working with client replies
